Buy That Bus!

Thank you for your consideration in becoming a sponsor for the Alden Sherman Classic. This year we are raising money to buy a new Weston Senior Center bus. This is a much needed service for our senior population. Separate from the Town’s Dial A Ride Van that takes our seniors to medical and other appointments, the Senior Center bus will be used for day trips, lunch outings, and overflow for seniors needing rides to our Center. Our sponsor levels are listed below, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

  • Presenting Sponsor: $5,000 – Includes hospitality location and tent, business name in title of Alden Sherman Classic as presented by company, two full color page advertisements in our sponsor book, a trophy prize with company name presented to winner of choice, name recognition in the new bus, and one of our photo books of the 2015 show (will be sent one month following the event).   • Corporate: $1,000 - Company logo, vendor tent location, (bring own 10x10 tent) and full color page advertisement in sponsor book, (4) lunch vouchers from the Booster Barn, as well as business name and logo on our website. Please email logo and information to wpetty7511@aol.com. If interested in including an insert into the participant’s tote bag, please let us know.

  • Gold: $500 – Company logo, vendor tent location, (bring own 10x10 tent) and half page black and white advertisement in sponsor book. Please email logo and information to wpetty7511@aol.com. If interested in including an insert into the participant’s tote bag, please let us know.

  • Silver: $250 – Includes quarter page advertisement in sponsor book. Please information to wpetty7511@aol.com. If interested in including an insert into the participant’s tote bag, please let us know.

  • Bronze: $100 - Business or family name printed in sponsor book. Please indicate name as you wish to have it appear in the book.

  • Tote Bags: $600 –Only one sponsorship available for this level. Your business name/logo will appear on one side of our tote bag, while our Alden Sherman Classic logo will be on the other side.

  • Silent Auction/Donation: We appreciate donations of any amount.

Donations, made payable to the Friends of the Weston Senior Activities Center, are 100% tax deductible to the extent allowed by federal and state law. No donation is too big or too small.
